About

The Ascension Rectory is a building of local interest. New Hall forecourt was built in the gardens of the Rectory, the buildings of which form a counterpoint to the white brickwork and modern forms of New Halls listed buildings. In 2000 AC Architects designed a loft conversion to provide Fellows studies. Careful insertion of the oval windows in the bay gables, a dormer window and discreet rooflights light the loft conversion
