Basement and Ground Floor Extension and Garden Studio

A basement and ground floor extension to this terraced property maximise light and habitable space. The glazed extension on the basement level enlarges the open plan dining/kitchen area and provides a separate utility room with additional storage space, making the previously compromised basement level spacious and airy. The project also included refurbishment of the loft room and whole house refurbishment to improve the living accommodation on the first and second floor levels. A garden studio to the bottom of the garden, where a former wash house was located, provides the client with a spacious studio/guest bedroom with en-suite.
