Extension and refurbishment of an existing loft conversion to an Edwardian end-of-terrace house which included patent roof glazing and a second- storey balcony.

The refurbishment included the installation of a new efficient boiler, solar thermal panels to the roof and an opening rooflight above the stairwell providing the opportunity for passive ventilation.
