Listed Barn Conversion

Converting listed barns into residential accommodation requires patience, care and sensitivity, as in this project where the original building’s poor condition meant its fabric and frame needed sympathetic renovation.

The result is a four bedroom family home with ample living accommodation. Large French windows look out into the courtyard garden, providing an impressive view as well as an abundance of light to the living room. Internally the exposed structure is a reminder of the building’s long and varied history.
