Social Housing

In designing this scheme, AC Architects Cambridge Ltd responded to the contours of the site as well as its orientation, adapting house types to suit the locality and providing maximum allowable density for the Housing Association. Driving forces behind the design were economy of build for the developer and an identifiable sense of space for the residents.

The houses were designed to an excellent National Home Energy Rating (NHER) standard.
